Muscigralla brevicauda
Short-tailed Field Tyrant
Title Illustrations

Scientific Name | Muscigralla brevicauda |
---|---|
Location | Arbol Millenary Reserve, via Chiclayo, Peru |
Comments | One of many Tyrant Flycatchers in Peru (there's hundreds of them!!). This one spends it's time on or near the ground gleaning insects, and is fairly common on the coast and in the dry Marañón Valley in the eastern Andes, up to about 1200m elevation. We saw this species several times. |
